Great place with great shoe selections. The prices are good too. I was here with my nephew and niece and it was a great shopping visit; the attendants were also friendly. The place is bit small in size but very cute.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I was on vacation visiting Boston, needed a better pair of walking shoes and found a pair I really liked but when I asked a simple question, this elderly sales person started to freak out and waving her hands in the air walking away telling me my questions are ridiculous. It's bad enough I suffer from extreme anxieties but to have a bully like that woman make fun of my mental health, it totally ruined me entire day. So thank you, I hope you're proud of yourself!!

Was there on Sunday afternoon with my elderly mom and Henry was fast and had so much patience I would recommend coming to this location

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t go to this place. Cashier -curly black hair- is the rudest cashier you will ever meet. We were buying shoes and she literally shooed us out at 6.59 pm Saturday.

I like skechers. However, I am English, I know we have some language nuances with U.S. but not sure the guys in here can speak in anything other than grunts or mutters!
